*Student Paper Considerations:
To qualify as a student paper, the 'first' and 'corresponding' author of the paper must be registered as a “full-time” student at a recognised university or Higher Education Institution (HEI).

**Additional Paper Considerations:
For a paper to be considered as an additional paper, the 'first' author of both linked papers must be the same person.

Publication Funding for Post-graduate Researchers and Low-income Countries:
However, as a registered low-profit organisation/community interest company (CIC) in England and Wales, IAER offers funding to support post-graduate research students and researchers from low income countries to publish their research at a discounted rate or even free of charge.

To apply, please download the IAER Publication Funding Application Form and email the completed form to iccece26@theiaer.org, along with your membership details and paper submission number. The submission deadline for submitting a CIC funding application is 31 March, 2026. Please be aware that the outcome of your CIC funding application is not dependant on the editorial decision on your article.

To complete your registration, please follow these steps:

      Pay the appropriate registration fee via our secure online Payment Gateway powered by Worldpay. Under "iCCECE '26 Payment", select the amount corresponding to your paper category. If the exact amount isn't available in the dropdown menu, choose "Miscellaneous" at the bottom of the payment page. Replace 'x' with your paper submission ID (assigned by Microsoft CMT platform) in "iCCECE26_paper_id_x" and use this as the Paper Submission ID or Service ID. Non-author participants should use 'iCCECE26_YourFirstName_YourLastName' (replacing with their names) as the Paper Submission ID or Service ID.

  Please note: we may be unable to track your payment without the correct Paper Submission ID or Service ID provided during the payment process. IAER shall not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
